How I Make Travel Magic
Step one – Get in Touch. Getting started with The Traveler Style is easy! Simply fill in the Travel Information form. An email will be sent to you to choose a time for your FREE 30 minute consultation call.
Step 2 – Let's Chat. During our conversation, we'll talk about your unique travel preferences, desires, and essential details, helping me tailor your experience. It's an opportunity for you to ask about our services, procedures, and what I can provide. We'll go through the form together, exchange questions, explore past trips, preferences, and touch upon the planning fees as well.
Step 3 – Reserve Your Spot. As soon as the design fee is paid, you earn a spot on my vacation planning calendar.
Step 4 - Your Proposal. This is the fun part! This is where I begin to create the perfect itinerary and send you the proposal(s). Your travel itinerary needs to be precisely what you want, so based on your feedback, I’ll make any edits required to fine-tune the details until it’s perfect.
Step 5 – The Magic Begins. Once you are pleased and thrilled with your designed itinerary, I will book your dream vacation! Ahead of departure, I'll send all your documents, including itinerary, confirmations and reservations, and friendly reminders to prepare you for your trip.
Step 6 – Pack your bags! While you're away, I'll check in to make sure things are going smoothly. Don't forget to take lots of pictures!

What is included with the Designer Fees
To bring your dream vacation to life seamlessly, here’s a quick guide to what my designer fees cover:
1. Non-Refundable Design Fee
- Starting at $297, this non-refundable, non-negotiable fee covers the research, planning, and personalized itinerary creation for your unique travel experience. The exact fee will depend on the type and complexity of your requested trip.
2. Change Fee
- For any adjustments made after your itinerary has been approved and booked, a change fee starts at $50. The extent of changes requested determines this fee and is separate from any supplier charges.
3. Cancellation Fee
- A cancellation fee starting at $50 will apply in case of a trip cancellation. This fee reflects the time and effort involved in managing the cancellation process and is seperate to any cancellation charges by travel suppliers, such as airlines or hotels, which follow their own cancellation policies.

- Research and planning of your customized trip

- Up to 3 proposals
- Booking and management of your reservations
- Payment amounts and due dates
- Send any travel information and updates
- Available from the time of booking to when you come back
